 Prana Yoga is a practice designed to harness and manipulate prana, the vital life force energy, with the goal of enhancing physical, emotional, and mental well-being. This practice combines various elements, including breathing techniques (pranyamas), mindfulness practices (meditation), and physical postures, (yoga asanas) to cleanse and balance the body’s energy centers.

The core philosophy of Prana Yoga is the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit, and seeks to achieve inner peace and harmony through deliberate cultivation and direction of energy flow.

 

We use a holistic approach to well-being because people need more than just a quick fix for their physical ailments. To fully heal we need to work on all levels of the person: physical, emotional, mental, energetic, and spiritual. Mental imbalances, such as nervousness and dark thoughts, often have their roots in the energy body.


Using a 3-step process that combines healing yoga with emotional release work, we help our clients first establish a positive relationship with themselves. This is the key to transforming lives.
